Yes there probably will be.

1. The lottery company.

2. The American Government.

3. The cat sanctuary the actual winner will leave much of it to when they die, to stop selfish, money grabbing relatives, fighting over what they will ill deserve.

Now the rumor is one of the three winners is wanting to claim it for heself she worked at mcdonalds but the mcdonalds workers are claiming they were in a pool. She says she bought this ticket separtely. If i was her i would just split it with everyone!

I wouldn't. I would want legitimacy of their claims before splitting. I would not want to split a portion of megamillions to people not entitled.

However in saying that, it sounds like the person was probably in a syndicate and is denying it now, but sure, if someone else had won, they'd be after their slice like everyone else.

I'm guessing it's a classic case of share with the others, then you win and suddenly the individuals first notion was to welch on the syndicates agreement.

I would only give it if there was no way i could prove that i bought the tickets separately. I bought some additional tickets for the lottery in families pool. And i figured i would just split it with them if i win because i was too lazy to photocopy and do all that stuff that they recommend for pools. Personally i don't like pools though i prefer to just buy the tickets myself which is what a lawyer recommended in a an article i read.

I've never believed in lotteries, so I can't say I'll participate =/
