I don't watch Dr. Oz, but I'm pretty sure he, like everyone else in the media, is out to make money for himself so he endorses a bunch of products and programs that he does not believe in. I hadn't heard of raspberry ketones until I spoke to an acquaintance who told me she lost 4 pounds in the first week. She's been using them for almost two weeks. I watched the segment of the show in which raspberry ketones were being endorsed. The science of it makes sense. They're not expensive if you get the all natural 100% raspberry ketones. I went ahead and purchased a bottle on Amazon.com.
Is there anyone on this site that has used them and has had success with them? --or failure? I can't trust reviews queried through the search engines. It's all about advertisement. I would like some truth, please.
Thank you.

Re: Raspberry Ketones
I don't know what that is, but Ketones are produced when the body burns fat.
I'm not sure if what I said is connected in any way to what you're talking about, but in general Ketone production shouldn't be really serious except for diabetics, where they can contribute to Ketoacidosis, or if excessive Ketosis is spawned causing highly increased Acidity of the blood.

Not sure if this link or what I said helps or is relevant in any way
