I suppose I should have split up introductory post into the training exercise section, I honestly didn't look hard enough to see the large variety. Anyway, here's the roundabouts of what I'm doing now:
I drink smoothies every morning with a mixture of nectar powder/flak seed/ cabbage/ grapes/ carrots / apple/ pineapple/ strawberry/ banana/ and sometimes a couple more things get thrown in. For lunch it seems to be a hit or a miss, sometimes I'll drink a slimfast because I'm not too hungry and sometimes I'll (shudder) go get something from cookout. For dinner, I typically eat 1/2 cup of rice with meat (typically chicken, one serving), and maybe two times a week throw in some lima beans. I usually have a coke about once a day (I'm trying to ween off them), and the rest of the time I just drink water. I used to drink a lot of chocolate milk but don't much anymore.
