A skinny guy with a Pregnant !!!

Post by snacker »

How did that happened? I'm , age 32, 6'2" (1,86) and weight 74 Kg (70kg two weeks ago). But because I was sick of family telling me how skinny I was, I decided to go on a rampage and eat, eat, and get a supplement (cyclone from GNC twice daily). Also a daily routine of 30 min doing push ups, crunches and other stuff.
After 2 weeks I looked at the mirror and...THE HORROR!!! became a monster! All the weight I gained went straight to ! I never had a in life and this is...shocking
What can I do to get that under control in 17 days? (I'm off to the beaches of Costa Rica) 8)
I'd appreciate any advice. In the mean time, I think I'll increase the amount of exercise and perhaps reduce the cyclone.

simple but effective plan.

AM Meals - protein and fruit...each protein portion to be the size of your palm and any fruit bar bananas x 1

PM Meals - protein and veg...same portion sizes but can have as much as you want

EVEN BETTER PLAN

- Protein and fruit for meal 1 than nothing but protein and veg afterwards

BESTEST PLAN

- Protein and fruit for meal 1
- protein and veg for all meals untill last 2 meals of the day
- protein and healthy fats for last 2 meals

Protein - poultry, red meat, low carb yoghurt, skim milk, eggs, fish/tuna etc, protein powder (only to have straight after workout)

Carbs - all fruits but bananas...all veg but spuds

Healthy Fats - fish oil tablets (highly recommended to everyone), fish/tuna, avocado, unsalted or flavoured? walnuts, almonds etc

WATERWATERWATERWATERWATERWATERWATERWATERWATERWATER!!

Keep up all exercise you were doing as hard as you can with limited rest and you'll be fine

let me know how you go
