Need Fitness Buddy-29yr 5'11" @ 230 lbs

Hello All~

I am just starting new healthy lifestyle! I went through a few consecutive years of personal difficulties, and am just now back on track to be motivated not only in weight loss but also with other personal goals. I am 29 yrs old, 5'11" and currently weigh 230 lbs. I would like to get down to 160 lbs. (-70 lbs) and am looking for a fitness/weight loss buddy to keep motivated and help motive them! If you are looking for a buddy, please send me a message! :P

I am here for you!!! You can do this! I know I dont' know exactly what you have been going through but have also gone through some tough years recently and would love a fitness buddy!!! :o) 2011 is our year!!! :D

No matter the struggle, the challenge or setback, as long as we keep fighting and pushing through we will get there! :lol:

I just found a quote that I absolutely love and feel is so true:
"Tough times don't last, but tough people do"
We have both been through some tough times and during those times you learn so much about yourself and I believe that when you are finally through those tough times you are so much tougher!!!

[/code]Girl, I have SO been where you are. I am also 5'11". When I started out, I was a hefty 248 pounds. 4 years later, I weight 173 pounds. I am still trying to shed those last 10 pounds. It's slow going, but well worth it to do things the right way. I started a little fitness blog a couple of weeks ago with some great workout tips and recipes. Check it out! You can look around and hopefully give you some ideas and motivation to keep you going. Look at gallery pictures. You can see how big I was, vs. what I look like today.
