Post by steven14791 »

i idealy need about 180g of protein in diet which equals to 30g per meal, the thing is im having trouble getting 30g of protein into each of the 6 meals, i buy these small chicken breast pieces and they have about 25g of protein but i dont wanna be eating like 4 packs of them a day, any help would be great, also i cant take the shakes as im diabetic and would affect blood sugars.

Well you've got low Fat Cheese as an option, and low Fat Turkey.

You could have the Chicken, boost the Protein up with Low Fat Yoghurt, and then add another Carb source in there, to boost Carbs up.

Simple.

Then play around with the other Protein sources.

Chicken, Veg, Fruit Yoghurt.

Turkey, Brown Rice.

Wheat Toast, Grilled Low Fat Cheese.

Chicken, small portion of Nuts, Large Banana. May be best ot consume Banana 15-30 minutes before meal, incase of putrifaction in the Gut.

If not eat it with meal.

Those are kinds of examples.
