205lbs, losing weight, flabby skin
I started at 205lbs and I've actually lost a few pounds in a month because of a huge change in diet and going to the gym 4-5 days a week. That is main activity of the week because job requires me to work from home so I get to do at best 1 hour of activity during the day....I do a little bit of stuff at home but like abs and a little bit of cardio to keep a little active. As I lose weight I noticed that I have loose skin and on upper body especially around chest(moobs)and stomach....What is the best way to tighten that skin up and make muscle appear?? I got muscle underneath all that fat for sure that I want to show but the flabby skin is covering it up just to the point where its just noticeable. I know obviously that I got to do cardio or high intesnsity training but what else can I do besides that like diet especially after the workout and before it....
Re: 205lbs, losing weight, flabby skin
Well the loose skin doesn't seem to be coming from rapid weight loss, from what you said, so it's probably just subcutaneous fat causing a slight sagging appearance.
Weight lifting would work, but if you can't do that for any reason, train at home just using mostly bodyweight.
Something like this might suffice.
Squats, 2 sets 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets 10 reps
Romanian Deadlifts, 2 sets 10 reps
Seated Chest Presses, 2 sets 10 reps
Bent Over Rows, 2 sets 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets 10 reps
Planks 30-60 seconds.
Do that 3x a week on alternate days if you want to. Anything you don't understand I'll elaborate on.
That's just one way though, you might wish to explore others.
Do you feel your diet is okay?

diet usually in the morning is egg whites, with a piece of toast or oatmeal with a protein shake. Then I go to the gym.
Post workout protein shake then some sort of chicken dish like a wrap or chicken sandwich.
I will snack on almonds, walnuts with a glass of water to fill the void in stomach a few hours later.
Dinner time I eat fish or chicken with salad of some sort with brocooli. I eat about 4-5 times a day, I have totally cut out rice, pasta and potatoes out of diets as well as dairy products. diet is pretty basic and I do eat other things that get mentioned on this forum because I change it day to day. I'm sure with what I do I will eventually see a difference but any other suggestions on what to do would be great! I actually went on the scale and I'm now 199lbs....

I'd definitely aim for 5 times a day and perhaps consider a 6th meal or alternatively add something in with the nut snacks, like a bit of Chicken, Turkey or Ham as examples to boost Protein and add a few more calories in incase ou're a little low on calories.

Your nutrition sounds pretty great. Like Boss says, protein in all 5-6 meals is really important.
Do you use a moisturizer daily? St.Ives makes a body lotion with collagen elastin that may help stop the process from continuing as you continue to lose weight.
