I have been working out pretty hard since before the summer and in different varieties as well and long story short - I pulled a muscle or something in arm near shoulder. I can't really explain how it feels besides that I used to do 60 push-ups and now I barely get to 30, also I used to jump rope easily till 800 and more. Now left hand gets "tired" at 200...
Should I go straight to physiotherapist or is there something I can do myself? It happened over 7 months ago so if it hasn't healed yet, it's a bad sign, I guess. Thought that working threw it would work, but no luck with that

So, any suggestions besides physio? getting to X-ray would take a while, maybe till then there's something I can do?
