Exercise question
I rarely eat breakfast. I start work at 530am, I eat a nice filling lunch at 11am then I'll wait till 530 or 600pm to go on 2 mile jog with dogs. After I get home from that I'll start cooking dinner. I been doing doing weight watchers for a year and a half so question is, is that a better to eat dinner before or after I jog? I'm just really used to not eating a breakfast in the line of work I'm in and having a big dinner. Should I change that? Should I not eat a big dinner? Reason being is, I been running for 2 months now and I been at the same weight. 259. But I think I do feel like I'm losing some body fat. It's just getting a little frustrating when I see the weight the sane for this long.

Always eat Breakfast. Give the brain fuel, get bloodsugar up and stop the body potentially eating some muscle.
Eating Dinner before jogging provides nutrition to Jog, but obviously give it maybe 30 minutes to start digesting. However having Dinner afterwards provides nutrition to recover, so there's an argument for both. So I don't see it as an issue the way you're doing things now.
So you could have the post-jog Dinner as well, but I think you're not eating enough calories,
bearing in mind you're quite active, so look to insert more nutrition.
So Breakfast is one and another around 2PM.
Theres plenty of options like Sandwiches, Peanuts, Nuts, Low Fat Cheese, Tomatos, Carrot Sticks, microwaved Beans, Rice dishes, Pasta or Soups, low sugar Yoghurts, Chicken, Ham, Turkey, Boiled Eggs, etc.
Obviously some of these are full options and some make up an option, but sense will prevail

Eating breakfast is vital if you would like to have a healthy body. This is not about weight loss, it is about avoiding diseases.

I wouldn't state the primary reason for eating breakfast would be to avoid diseases though, but it would help, but in weight loss terms, you'd create a starvation mode potentially and the body would not want to lose adequate amounts of fat during that period of time, it would keep it, because you'd be giving the body no reason to let you have any or more, depending on it's response to not eating breakfast.

One of the more important things you can do for your health and well-being is eat a nutrious breakfast. This will fuel your body to make it through the day.
When you eat your biggest meal at night, you're letting all that fat and all those calories sit in your body while you sleep. If you make your biggest meal an AM meal, you have all day to burn the calories - thus leading to the drop in weight.
Remember the saying, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." It's a well known saying for a reason... because it truly is. Even if you don't have much time, some whole wheat carbohydrates and plenty of lean protein is essential to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
