Hey all, Im looking for an effective workout to gain mass on back, this is usual routine Seated rows-- 4x10 Lateral pulldowns---- 4x10 Bent over rows with dumb bells 4x10 I usually increase weight in every set going from pretty light for a warm up set and then 3 work sets Any help is greatly appreci...
