Jayson, I started at 240 lbs. and am down to 205 lbs. using a no fat/low fat diet. I also do a ton of cardio and weight lifting. I would suggest you start weight lifting sooner rather than later. As you build muscle, it increases your metabolism which will burn the fat faster. The cardio is probably...
