Thx..This is 4th day of eating:)....So far it seems Ok to me...But I felt that whenever I feel hungry I can eat alot..But after that I dont feel hungry for long time:( & I have skip dinner...& like tht only I have to go to Bed...Anyways...As per 4th message in this thread Bossman recommended...

Hi.. I'm 5'11" tall slim man. From past 7 years weight is just constant, toggling between 66kgs-67Kgs (145 pounds approx), never even went 68 or 69 kgs......Now, as per height I guess weight should be approx around 72-75 kgs (i.e ~158-165 Pounds).....Now I want to increase weight & mucles &...
