Ok I have a question about the morning day training.. you listed cereal and etc but wouldnt that be too much eating before exercising?

Where can I learn the exercising terminology?lol

Hello guys and gals name is kim and I am 22 and I want a lifestyle change. I'm not overweight but I want to get toned and be healthy but there is a problem...I may exercise for one day and stop... I need some tips its for instance everyday I say ok tommorrow and when tommorrow comes NO ExERcisE :cry...
