IMO, three exercises per muscle vs. two in a training session, with 24 to 30 reps total per exercise. Train that muscle one time per week so that it gets lots of rest to recover and rebuild.

I don't see anything wrong with doing whole body sessions every other day. It is not the best routine, but it isn't bad either. The key is to make the most out of the session and make sure that you get lots of rest on the off days. To answer the original question, body weight workouts are great. I u...

I agree, get a coach. Ask around at the local gyms if there are any fitness models and ask them.
