hello im 5 ft 3, 127 lbs, 18yrs old, the only equipment i have available is a jump-rope, a dumbbell weighing 23 lbs(weight is removable), a sand track at the park, pull up bars, parallel bars. i would like to tone down, increase cardio, speed, agility, and get lean look, not bulky. any help would be...

18 and still too short
hi im 18yrs old 126 lbs, and 5ft3 inchs, are there any exercises that could still help me grow ? or is the problem genetical ? if so would growth hormes be still available or is it harmful ?

hello, i have been jump-roping for the past 4 weeks in the morning and evening for about 10-15 mins. the first 2 weeks i did it for 10 mins in the morning and evening, then the next 2 weeks i did it for 15 mins both time. now i have increased it for 20 mins starting from today. i am also doing 3 set...
