I would suggest resistance training in circuit fashion so that you get your "cardio" in at the same time. All cardio means is keeping your hear rate elevated for a prolonged period of time. If you do the circuit training you kill two birds with one stone.

I have some workout videos on blog http://www.FatX101.com you can try. Most of the workouts only require a pair of dumbbells. As far a diet is concerned, I would start slow. Make small changes like adding in veggies, fruits, nuts and lean protein sources whenever and wherever possible. I say add, be...

Anything that raises your heart rate for a prolonged period can be considered "cardio". Resistance training done properly can be cardio.

Most people see cardio and weight training as separate things. Do your weight training in circuit fashion and you will also get in a cardio workout.

Don't worry about it too much. Take it as a good thing that your appetite is up. Just keep track of your body fat. You should be OK though if you're eating the things you posted.

That's a good suggestion. Once I finish all twelve workout routines I'll work on one on how to stretch. I put in a reminder at the end of the most recent vids to stretch for now.
