Ok,done reading the waterbury method. Got a few questions, Can i change/substitute some of the set to a different workout? like the deadlift. Is this waterbury method for only advance bodybuilder? I'm a vegetarian and haven't had a problem...just started drinking the protein shakes a few weeks ago. Protein powder in reasonable amounts is safe for anyone, who doesn't have possible issues with Argnine, Phenlyalanine, possible Kidney problems, or other potential minor issues.
