Hello all, When I read workout routines it seems that I really cant find one that supports All upper body workout for Mon. Wed. Fri., I do the same routein each day for mon wed and fri. It is an all around workout that works Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulder, Back and Trapezius every Mon Wed and Fri....
