Hi guys, 16 year old here who has been on a bulking phase recently. Have gained some mass but also some fat. I am now at a stage im happy with and now want that "shredded" look. Ive got a decent workout routine in place, but its mainly diet i don't really understand when it comes to cuttin...

hi, i'm 15 years old and wanting to build a little bit of muscle aswell as toning body up. I'm not fat by any means but there is room to tone up so i have a few questions on workouts to ask. lossing fat and gaining muscle

hi, recently ive been thinking about trying to get into shape and need some help. Im a 14 y/o who isnt exactly fat but not in the best of shape. I want to tone up does anyone have any help for me on this and if so how long would it take to get into shape?

hi, i am wondering what food should i eat if im trying to build muscle?
also is there any workouts i could do without any machines or anything?
