ok some peopel will say high reps/low weight will just decrease muscle mass, the best thing for burning fat is running/ jogging maybe 3 times a week and a good healthy diet, you cant lose fat in a specific area also mate

i personally use overhand grip as it allows me more control of how fare up to pull the bar and at what speed, bt that is just preference

if you wanna get big then eat dude, eat like never before, but good food, thats the catch lol, 6 good quality meals a day, getting at least 1 gram of protein per bodyweight and some people say getting 18-20 calories per bodyweight but im not sure about that.
