I don't enjoy working back. I try to keep a variety of different exercises the only one I'm starting to like is pull ups on the assist machine. But anything else....ugh I dread "back" day. lol.

Flax Seed

I have been hearing a lot about flax seed and flax seed oil. I read somewhere about it reducing recovery time and body fat. Does anyone here use it?? Would it be worth purchasing??

Building muscle

I have reach goal as far as loosing weight. I am looking pretty toned but I think legs need muscle. They are a little too lean for liking. I wanted to come back and give you guys an update. I have took your advice about incorporating push ups, skull crushers and dips. And oh what a difference in arms in just nearly three months. I started with push ups on knees to build strength. Now I can do 10 push ups in a set and I can complete two...

It appears to be fat and it is more concentrated in the tricep area. I can do push ups using the ball. I definitely have to work up to real push ups on the toes. That takes a great deal of strength that I don't have yet. lol. But I will make that a goal. Thanks for the encouragement!! I am excited. ...

Jogging

cardio routine right now consist of a 4 mile walk with many inclines. I can tell that body has become use to just walking and I want to began jogging. What is the best way to began a jogging routine?? I don't want to push myself to hard and become too winded and dizzy.
