I apologize, I wrote that I sleep 12 hours after the workout and I haven't explained that I usually sleep very long, not because of chemical unbalance or lack of vitamins but because I live in a fast tempo and body needs time to recover. Also I'm very lazy person so... kill me if you don't like me!
