Its been a while...anyways, diet is definately good doing about 5 meals and trying to get as much protein as possible. I am looking to go to the gym 6 times a week. Help?

I was wondering if anybody could give me basic program to do. I want to go to the gym 2-3 times a week. I like to do about 25 minutes cardio already but need to do some weight training afterwards. I want to build muscle mainly but lose weight. Any suggestions?

Ok that is cool I was just asking because the workout doesn't seem long. I do like the routines though I do seem to work up a good sweat especially when I do alot of cardio with what you put.

no I meant what is the difference because I tried googling side ab brace and can't find it. I did find prone ab brace though. So what is side ab brace? Just tell me how it differs from prone ab brace and I should be good.

goal is to lose weight, basically burn fat.

Also, I am in the weightloss forum do you really think I can do pull-ups or chin-ups. Even when I was in good shape I could never do them.
