I know aspartame isn't the same as Splenda, but since Equal was mentioned (sodas) I figured the site would be useful.

The pad thai is chicken, noodles, and bean sprouts. Overall, do you think I'm eating too many calories to lose weight? I notice you keep mentioning to increase protein. If I increase protein, perhaps I will be full and not snack as much? Also, what sort of protein snacks (besides nuts) would be good?

I'm about to start an exercise program and need a diet critique. I am a grazer--I like to snack all day long as opposed to large meals. I also have a sweettooth and try to substitute fruit for candy. No Splenda for Me!

Hello, I'm not an expert on Splenda and other artificial sweeteners, but you have to assume that anything manipulated in a lab will have negatives. Personally, I like the taste of Splenda, but even half a packet gives me terrible stomach cramps. I know of several people that have the same problem. T...

I have a canister of vanilla-flavored protein powder that I cannot stand the taste of. I've tried mixing it in skim milk, but it just tastes worse (I'm not a big milk fan). Any other suggestions for mixing that taste good and are quick?

p.s. I'm not lactose intolerant

Thanks a lot for the replies. Yes, I am a female. As far as the pelvis spine has a noticeable curve inwards above butt, which I think pushes tummy out. I will try hip flexor exercises and stability ball crunches. Stomach vacuums--I read instructions on bodybuilding.com and they said you needed reall...

Hello, I am 5'1" and currently overweight at 125 pounds, mostly in . Even at thinnest, I still have a tummy. Besides decreasing body fat, what exercises can help me: a. define obliques b. take the roundness out of tummy (in front). One additional theory: Could the shape of pelvis (think posture...
