could you give me some good examples of quick protein snacks I could add to diet. I am not getting enough protein in the morning or mid afternoon snack. It is very difficult for me to cook in the morning because I am pressed for time. Any suggestions would be helpful...Thanks.

swanso5, I just want to clarify what you said. I want to lose 25 more lbs. and in order to do so I need to eat 1800 calories a day and to follow the full body work you gave me 3 times a week. Salad does upset stomach so usually I eat broccoli or celery. Do you suggest maybe a protein shake.

You have been very helpful. You are right about the cravings, might not be getting enough of something! I was thinking about adding a protein shake w/fat free skim milk in the morning and evening. I really appreciate your suggestions and I am going to try this routine. :D
