I just resumed resistance training with a home gym and some dumbells. Years ago I would do a whole body workout 3-4 times a week but have read about splits and "recovery" and have followed the "body part once per week" thing and would like some feedback as to whether I'm overdoin...

Recumbent exercise bike for shorter folks
I just bought a Keys Healthtrainer 640r and wife, who is 5'2", can't reach the pedals without stuffing a thick couch pillow behind her back and this is not comfortable for her at all (or safe for that matter). Any suggestions for a recumbent bike that can accomodate her?? Thanks...
