I was able to return it and found a Lamar Fitness model that fits both of us, hope to pick it up today...has more resistance levels (16) and a better warranty.

Splits

I've read numerous posts from various sites advising us to get a gram of protein per pound of body weight. I drink a whey shake (one scoop) after each session, be it cardio or ...

It is on a runner and we have it in the first slot. It is a rather large bike...I'm 5'10" and use the third (out of ten) seating positions. I'm a bit disappointed in the seat itself...it is rather firm (good for support) but the seat is so large that it interferes a bit with leg movement, bangi...

Recumbent exercise bike for shorter folks

I just bought a Keys Healthtrainer 640r and wife, who is 5'2", can't reach the pedals without stuffing a thick couch pillow behind her back and this is not comfortable for her at all (or safe for that matter). Any suggestions for a recumbent bike that can accomodate her?? Thanks...
