I have also noticed a increase in fat and I think it is now time for me to cut. I have a number of concerns I wou...

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula is the best cream to make them fade. You should be able to pick it up at any major drug store. And dude seriously don't let the stretch marks get to you. I have them ALL over biceps. hips and right above arm pits. In the beginning when they first started to appear they ...

I forgot to mention that he claims that he eats an enormous amount of carbs. Pasta sometimes twice a day, chicken daily and veggies in there as well. I guess question is, using this method can you expect to see a 25 lb gain in weight (not all muscle obviously) in 4 months all natural? (This is what ...

I appreciate the response swanso. I realize that I contradicted myself in original post. I would like to strictly bulk up to reach target weight. And in terms of training program, I have been doing a variant of the waterbury method with medium weights for the past 4 months or so and have gotten good...

It's probably something to do with your form. Make sure you are transferring your weight from your hind leg to the front leg that you plant with. I.e. if you are right handed, left leg plants forward and right leg stationary. Be sure to follow through! I doubt you are weak, you probably just have po...

Your workout music?
I tried looking all over the boards and couldn't find anything similar to this thread. So I'm just wondering what tracks everyone listens to to get their pump on.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Lunges - Tailbone pain
This just started recently. Whenever I do lunges with weights in hands, or even without them, I get these severe burning pains in lowerback/tailbone area.
Is there anyone that is familiar with this type of pain and how to soothe it and still be able to do the exercises.

Burning fat...
I've had multiple people give me different suggestions on how to effectively burn the remaining fat on body. I am just wondering if this is true... A bloke told me the most effective way is to go to the gym early in the morning to mid-day on an empty stomache and train, doing large amounts of cardio...
