Any good exercises to combine weights and cardio that will bring complete body exhaustion?
Or is that more on the line of the tabatta formula?
sprinting, pushups, burpy's (whatever they are), jumping jacks...

Do you think the bounce concept is similar to the momentum/swing concept (ex. using a body swing motion when doing single dumbell curls)?
