Yeah I thought that dumbbells could be the same as a barbell, but I wasn't sure. The thing is most workouts I find out there are with 100lbs and more, the heaviest I have in DBs are 100...

a lot of full body workouts need barbells, I don't have access to one at the moment. I also want to work more on the biceps.

I like the exercises I picked, but if there's something out there that works better, faster, and doesn't need a barbell, I'm up for it.

I edited previous post. Now there's no problem with it, and you should do what I wrote.

Note: I'm 15 too, not a personal trainer, but I can assimilate with him.

I already ran out of Size On, and I think I'm gonna be off the creatine way unless some other supplement has it as an extra.

I must say though, if the is a way to lock the topic, do so. Since I already changed workout. Each body part having 4 exercises, 4x6.

It has never affected me. Lifting weight also helps, so I say you just get a workout to follow.

Example:
Monday: Biceps, Triceps, & Brachialis
Tuesday: Shoulders & Traps
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Abs
Friday: Chest
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Off

I never was fat and I'm no expert. But to loose some fat in order to get six packs, I did abs one day, cardio the other, and so on, and had Sunday for rest.

There might be better methods, idk, but doing that I got a six pack in less than 2 months.

lol ok.
I was reading the waterbury method and the author or w/e wrote that it was designed so there was no muscle failure, the total contrary to Sisco's method lol.

But thanks dudes, you're already pros so I'll just follow what you say.

I also thought about laying off the creatine.

Yeah I know, the creatine helps on that and it won't be 100% muscle. I was originally doing Pete Sisco's program, but since I didn't have a 600lbs barbell (and I'm sure I wouldn't be able to lift one yet) and the heaviest thing I have is 140lbs. when I tried the program, I didn't actually felt tired...

Nah the Animal Pak only contains vitamins, and Size On is creatine gluconate. Yeah I'm totally aware that over training is bad. I only train arms 2 days a week, and I arrange workouts so that they're pretty separate, giving arms proper time to recover. I'm actually trying the overload technique to s...

I'm trying different workouts and techniques to see which fits me best. I have to point out I'm just 15, so I really can't say I can lift 200lbs unless it's a barbell and on a bench. * I didn't quite understand the second line you wrote. The only supplements I've taken are the Animal Pak, and Size O...

typed it there. I use 40-140lbs.

I use the 40lbs to warm up, afterwards I just increase the weight till I'm fully pumped.
