Yes I have I need a personalized routine for myself that I can follow as I am really busy with college and part time job. I would be happy to spend maximum an hour in the gym. how challenging are the 21kg db's? Quite challenging I suppose because I haven't exercised for over 2 months. Once it gets easy I will get heavier ones.
