I am getting good results with eating at least 4 cups of yogurt and 2 cups of fresh almonds everyday.

more results to report on. weight has stabilized, its for sure due to increase in muscle mass. Its beginning to bulge up here and there. I am way stronger and feel better. I have also quit on the walking and just hit the heavy weights. I now include the following in everyday diet: 2 cups fresh almon...

Stretch before, during, and after you work out. It works for me.

I went through something similar when I first started out, but not as bad as you described.

Getting Results

I've been exercising for about one and a half months now and lost 8lbs. I walk for 30 min at 3.5 mph then lift weights. I do this three times a week. I feel good and seem to have more energy now. I'm not on any supplements. I just eat three meals a day and minimized the junk food and soda. goal is t...
