Oh okay. Errr, I hate excess skin! Maybe even more than fat. Thank you for the clarification.

For the post-workout, don't I need a quick dissolving substance so the carbs can get into body quickly? And so before bed, I should take protein source from real food or as powder? Thank you.

I see, thanks. So it'll be fat that's causing it though right? Because when I stand and try to squeeze as much skin as I can with hand, there's only very little, but when I sit down and squeeze, it's like 2-3 times as much.

I'm just saying it's cheaper to get protein as powder rather than as a drink. Nothing else.

Doing dumbbell presses can help you create the line between the two chest way better than regular bench presses in opinion. Flyes helps with the striations of the chest. That's just what I think.

Do squats and lunges to target your glutes. Stairmaster is also a plus.

Do cardio after you weight lift, if you're still too fatigue, separate cardio and weight lifting into different days.

Depends on your weight I believe. There are various answers out there, but it ranges from 0.5 - 1.5 g/lb of body weight. For me, I just take protein powders in the morning and post workout EXCLUDING the protein from natural foods.

Eat every 3 hours. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, try splitting them into 4-6 smaller meals throughout the day.

Lower Fat (When Sitting Down)

Just as topic states. When I'm standing, stomach is flat and I can see the abs. But when I'm sitting down, lower fat turns to a horizontal hill. Is this just lower fat or excess skin? How do I lose it?

You should do weight lifting and cardio on different days to help stop muscle loss.

But if I had to do both in the same day, I'd go with lifting first then cardio so that I won't be tired when I'm lifting.

You can't specifically target that area, but you could do cardio to lose fat overall. For weights, you could to lat workouts to build muscle in that area.

Post Workout Meal Late at Night?

Okay, so I always go to the gym around 9-10PM at night. For post-workout, I immediately have a protein shake and I try to have a quick dissolving carb snack with it. And at this time its around 12AM. I go to sleep around 1-2AM. So question is, should I have a protein+carb meal 60-90 minutes after po...

The thing is though, they're more expensive that way. Powders save you more money. Just buy a protein shaker to put your powder in it and post workout add water to it and shake for a quick post workout drink.
