Lower Fat (When Sitting Down)
Just as topic states. When I'm standing, stomach is flat and I can see the abs. But when I'm sitting down, lower fat turns to a horizontal hill. Is this just lower fat or excess skin? How do I lose it?

Post Workout Meal Late at Night?
Okay, so I always go to the gym around 9-10PM at night. For post-workout, I immediately have a protein shake and I try to have a quick dissolving carb snack with it. And at this time its around 12AM.
