chest tightening

I am just looking for a few good workouts for the chest, abs are in good shape from Muay Thai, and arms are well off. I just want to shape chest, I heard, dips, chest flys with both pulleys and barbells are good for ya. As well as push ups. Got any ohter suggestions?

bread no good?

I know having bread with your sandwiches is great, but friend told me that the bread breaks down in your system and goes straight to your mid section. So this is no good if you are trying to workout your abs. I just need some insight on this one. thanks for any of the help.

Hey actually the shape fit website has a really great routine. Just type abs in the search engine and then go to the link that says washboard abs, this is a great way to get those abs you want. Hope this helps.

what about an eight pack

I have been dong exercises for abs for about 3 months now and six pack is becoming very defined. I have even started doing crunches on exercise ball to hit the upper abs right under the chest area, I was wondering if you guys have anymore suggestions for an eight pack. Thank you.

I just saw a new product called Gamma-O. It is supposed to raise your testosterone by 800% and it releases endorphins that calm the ceristol in your body. From what I undrstand Ceristol is what is given off when you are stressed, this especially not good for building muscle. If anyone has any tips o...
