well for me getting stronger hasn't improved endurance in pull ups or dips or chinups.....and the reason why i would want to do more than 45 in a row is simply because its a goal....just like any other training goal... thanks though bud

Muscular endurance question

I currently and at 5 9 and 175 pounds. I am very satisfied with strength and power however I want to improve muscular endurance. Mainly I want push ups, pull ups, chin ups, dips and other body weight exercises to improve drastically. Right now i can only do about 45 push ups straight and i only abou...
