1) That's pretty much all we get to do anyway because we miss a day each week it seems like. The jail gym, not for prisoners. It's for officers and officers guests...and it's free... 2) Then how do I utilize the amount of fat I burn? The only thing I can think of is to eat healthier and eat less fat...
