Hey everyone, I just started working out again a little while ago, goal is to gain muscle mass and get much bigger. I've decided to split workout into 3 or 4 days a week, doing 2 body parts such as day 1 shoulders/chest, day 2 legs, day 3 biceps/triceps, day 4 back/abs etc. I'm just curious, how man...
