ok i have kind of got big breasts and this is unatural are there any exercises that i can do to tone them and lose the flab on upper chest please help as this is really annoying me

Hey people im 15 years old and im kind of fast i can run the 100 metres in 12 seconds and i can run long distances but i want to sprint faster and for longer are there any exercises i can do any tips please help
