Is doing 1 eight-ten minute HIIT workout a day enough to lose body fat or should I still incorporate 30 minute hill workout?
I also am reducing calories by 500.

Yes, I tend to overeat. But now I have 3 meals a day and 2 snacks and dont eat anything past 7 :30.
