Can't get rid of the low back fat!
Here is the current workout: MWF weights day-time: Ab class night, 20min intervial run. T-Th Ab class and 30min intervial run. Diet: 1200 to 1500 cal per day. Stats: 6'1" 210. I can not get rid of these fat areas on lower back sides. Not so much the oblique area but more side back, I have a 6 p...
