I've tried a 5000 calorie a day diet. Still, no bulking up. I definitely got stronger, but not bigger.

With this in mind, dad was 6'5'' and 155 lbs until after college.

The moral: It might just be in your genes. Are people in your family skinny? If so, bulking up might not be in your future.

I can't tell you why exactly, but a lot of people feel sick and vomit after a hard workout. If you puke just once, I wouldn't worry about it. If it happens a lot, I'd talk to a doctor. To avoid it in the future, I wouldn't drink milk or eat greasy foods before you work out.

If you're lifting, the best lifts to help you do pull ups (in opinion) are lat pull downs, cable rows and bench rows. Always keep trying to do them.

Pull ups/Chin ups

I know you're supposed to lift no more than every other day, but I've heard you can do body weight exercizes like pulls ups every day. Can anyone tell me more about thing?
