^^ I agree with what was said above. I also do Crossfit and I've noticed when I eat heavy I always start to but on muscle weight (I'm a guy so this is good for me). Sometimes I will try to cut back on calories before a competition just to make sure I'm lean. This immediately leads to me dropping wei...
