I eat a lot of eggs chicken fish vegetables for tea.. Porridge for breakfast and either whole grain pasta with tuna or jacket potato for dinner snacks are normally fruit or unsweetened popcorn or a small bowl of granola..

I work shifts so it can be hard to eat at the same time but it's usually around 10 breakfast 12-1 dinner a snack about 3-4 and tea at 6.. Ive just started introducing weights as I'm starting to feel about fitter and am not absolutely hanging after half hour lol.. I just don't understand why I haven'...
