Re: Should I gain muscle or loose weight?

Hi Boss Man, following the aforementioned regime, I had gone from 70 to 74.8 kilos in about a month and a half. Each week I would see an improvement of about half a kilo. This last week, however, I haven't gained a single gram. Was on 74.8 last week, and am still on 74.8 this week. Do you think I ne...

Re: Should I gain muscle or loose weight?

Thanks! Really good advice. I'll stick to what I'm doing (with an extra rest day, as you suggested) and will let you know how I get on!

Re: Should I gain muscle or loose weight?

As in, is it too early to start cutting? Would I just destroy the muscles I've gained?

Great thanks. Can I ask a couple more questions?

With weight gain, but it's working for me.

Current stats (if they help)

Re: here I am...what do I need to work on?

I'm part of a rowing club and that involves circuits twice a week and rowing another two times. I also go to the gym once a week because there's a free session to do an intense 30-minute row. However, I've very recently started doing some weights as well. Have bought a dumbbell kit and am fitting in...

Re: Thin guy - diet for six pack

Thanks again for the brilliant reply. The only thing I've got a question about is swapping breakfast and dinner: I've heard (and read) that 1.your breakfast should be your biggest meal, with dinner being the smallest 2. it's not a good idea to have carbs (and therefore pasta) at dinner (before going...
