Re: Interference With Heart Rate Monitor?
Today I re-moistened the Transmitter belt of the HRM just before going on the treadmill... The HRM readouts finally kicked in after about 1 1/2 minutes--better late than never, it seems; so, looks like the wireless router wasn't the main culprit after all... I think this new Polar SoftStrap (for the...

Re: Interference With Heart Rate Monitor?
Just the other day...the wireless router had been on for about two weeks, and I just started using the Polar F7 HRM again about four days ago... The first time, on the treadmill, the F7 readings didn't kick in until after two or three minutes, then recorded the workout OK. But yesterday, I got no re...

Levelling A Horizon Treadmill

Re: Workout Regimen After Knee Surgery?
Thanks, Boss Man for your suggestions...
Believe I should avoid squats, as they may aggravate an arthritic left knee, and the lunges are problematic
with post-op right knee still undergoing therapy for scar tissue buildup...
Any suggested substitutes for these particular exercise?

Workout Regimen After Knee Surgery?
I had total knee replacement back in late April, and I'm still undergoing physical therapy for stiffness (scar tissue) in that knee. physical therapist has cleared me for doing workouts again, but this time I have to create a fitness regimen that will address limited flexion/extension in right knee,...
