Thanks, yes I do eat grains!! :D I think I have a lot of salt to lose, anyone tried the sauna trick, where by u use a sauna for say 15 mins, take a break, take on some water and keep repeating it until your sweat stops tasking salty(yuk!) as from understanding the excess salt is what pulls the water...
