well for example today i ate a small bowl of shredded wheat (with half of a banana) for breakfast with a half cup of skim milk, between then and lunch i ate a can of beans, lunch consisted of and sandwich with only turkey on 12 grain whole weat bread, the next snack i had 3 hard boiled eggs (no yoke...

generally i try to eat 5-6 small meals a day, which would consist of fish, chicken, tuna, vegetables, fruits, whole weat, nuts.....i just very recently started eating this way the and the times vary depending on work schedule

NEED HELP GETTING IN SHAPE FOR THE MARINES!!!!!!

im 22 hieght is 6-0ft tall and i wear somewhere between 315-330 pounds.... goal (and requierment) is to get down to 230 pounds, if anyone can offer advice on nutrition and workout plans as well as high intensity activities (rock climbing, hiking, etc....) please let me know
