If you're exercising you can afford to go in excess of 1,800 calories anyway. 1,800 is for sedentary females, so you could eat around 300-400 more than that. What do you eat and what times do you eat. I try to eat 5 small meals a day. Which is every 2-3 hours. But sometimes I go over calorie intake...

I am currently 164.4. I use to be 190 pounds but am now down to 164.4. question is if I can get down to 130-140 pounds in 6-7 months through healthy dieting and exercise. Please no rude comments.
