Some days you just aren't going to be motivated. On those days its just about having the personal discipline to do it anyways because you know its worth the work.

Do lots of stretching the next day and go for a walk instead too. Because you could run your risk of a bad injury if you ran on really sore legs the next day. This. Listen to what your body is telling you. I train very frequently but when I feel a very sluggish running day coming on, I don't hesita...

You're way too hard on yourself! Looks like you've got a good program in place. Don't give up because its much easier to stay in shape once you get there than it is to try and get in shape in the first place! Some of the other ladies had some good tips too!
