How Chin-ups Can You Do?
Hey guys, I was just wondering how many Chin-ups you guys can do? :) At the moment the most I've achieved is 32 reps without touching the ground although I'm aiming to improve to around 50+ - also that attempt of 32 reps was done today and arms are still aching from workout yesterday :lol:, but anyw...

Ah I see, so rather then trying to 'bulk it up' all at once, I need to gradually build up

I knew it releases growth hormones so if anything it does the complete opposite and helps you grow
