theres hundreds of abdominal excercises out there.. which ones are the best of the best for developing a stronger and bigger core?

How much protein?!?!

first off, great site here; I'm glad I came across this

i've been hearing nonstop debate about protein intake for building muscle. some say its 1.2g per pound of body weight, some say its 2g, some say its, 0.8g, etc.

goal protein intake is around 300g a day, but that seems very excessive.
